By downloading, installing, or using Wordy ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

License

Wordy grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal or commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

  • You may install and use the App on any Mac computers that you own or control.
  • You may not redistribute, sell, lease, or sublicense the App.
  • You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, except where permitted by law.
  • You may not remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the App.

Purchases and Refunds

Wordy is available as a one-time purchase distributed directly by us. All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital software, refunds are not offered. We encourage you to review the documentation and features before purchasing.

Updates

Your license includes access to all future updates of the App. We may release updates to fix bugs, improve performance, or add new features. Updates may be required to continue using certain features.

User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create using the App, including snippets, text expansions, and configurations. We do not claim any rights to your content.

Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
  • We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
  • We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App.

Termination
